By default, the user&amp;#39;s specified KVStore will be wrapped by a moss
KVStore wrapper and then by a metrics KVStore wrapper on top of that.

There&amp;#39;s also a cbft.BlevePIndexAllowMoss flag, which defaults to false
in order to keep cbft&amp;#39;s unit tests simpler.

The cbft cmd-line tool, though, overrides the
cbft.BlevePIndexAllowMoss to be true as the cbft process default.

Finally, optional flags at both the indexDef JSON level and at the
cbft cmd-line options level allows users to disallow moss either on a
per-index basis or on cbft process-wide basis.
