Commit Message

Update clone_version function to clone languages

- When a RepositoryVersion instance ID is not passed as the clone_id
parameter, the function creates a new instance, and now it also clones
all the RepositoryVersionLanguages instances to the clone;
- Update tests: test the clone_version function, validating the code
described above;
