Full sweep of new Polymer-based UI.  Major feature change.

This commit bundles all of the polymer work for Maki, including some new
functionality not yet implemented at the library level.  Most notably,
however, **this commit removes titles from the Posts resource.**  Upgrades
and downgrades alike should be VERY careful writing migration features.
