Get rid of redundant functions

purpose-change-buffer removed in favor of window--display-buffer.
purpose-display-at-bottom/left/right removed in favor of using
display-buffer-split-frame with suitable alist arguments.
purpose-display-at-top kept as usage example for purpose-display--at.
