5974: [P2300] Adapt get completion signatures for awaitable senders r=hkaiser a=SAtacker

- One of the issues discussed is that the implementation currently
  considers only those awaitable senders that have a natural coroutine
  context i.e. they have a free/member co_await operator.
- Specs given in P2300 v5 does not consider modified coroutine contexts
  i.e. using await transform
