DEC-802:
-Added a metadata query to easily get the max order for a collection's fields
-Changed the create method in the controller to return the created object data
-Changed the action to no longer optimistically change the store since we don't want to add a new record until we have a name. Now changes the store using the data from the response.
-Other minor layout changes to the meta form
