Context takes an optional factory, #3

It's now possible to use Context without PathDict and vice versa.

The context creation/retrieval has been exposed through get_context,
which can either create on missing or throw.  For example,
push_context will always create on missing, while pop_context will
raise IFF a name has been provided for validation. (Without a name,
pop_context simply pops the current)

Still to complete for #3: correctly push *args, **kwargs into the
update function.
