Add updated documentation for QC notebook (#171)

* Improve documentation for QC notebook

* Add images of QC charts to display properly in notebook

* Ensure the user has a general idea how to use the nonzero mean calculations in QC metric generation

* Update documentation to include total intensity and 99.9% intensity (TODO: address in separate PR)

* Remove Gaussian blurring references in notebook (defaults already specified in function, user can look at docstring if they want to change)

* Update documentation for demonstrating how to read the QC charts

* Add brief description of QC notebook at the top

* Fix image links

* Apply suggestions from code review
