fix paginator parsing for objects

the PrevNextPager could contain either a list of URLs or a list of
objects, so we need to check it and do the right thing with it[1]

update tests to reflect above changes, make emulator randomly show
a next link in the case of foo/$id/bar to prevent a never ending
call to ->next on the paginator returned from this endpoint

bump VERSION and Changes for CPAN release
