add an emulator for fixflo and sh script to use it

couple of other tweaks:

    - Fix Firstname to FirstName on Business::Fixflo::IssueDraft
    - Fix calling of to_hash on Address object if not an object
    - Add emulator for Fixflo and end_to_end_emulated.sh

still waiting on news from Fixflo in regards to failing test when
running t/002_end_to_end.t against the real Fixflo API

bump VERSION and Changes for CPAN release
