IGVF-172 Add pages for ontology terms and link to them from sample pages (#43)

* Added sample and disease ontology term pages, but in the middle of refactoring to reduce duplication between those pages and assay ontology term pages.
* Implement assay ontology term name collection and individual pages.
* Add biosample and disease ontology links to biosample-derived pages.
* Add an icon for ontologies.
* Change OntologyTermId so that it uses a normal export instead of a default export. This file wasn’t meant for OntologyTermId alone. It might get more ontology-related componets in the future.
* Remove extra “Term Name” data item on sample and assay ontology pages.
* Add animations to the group main navigation items.
* Add Cypress tests for the new ontology navigation items.
* Refactor parent menu items to share animation code.
* Add Jest test for generating ontology links.
* Changed to using abstract and concrete classes to handle CURIE-style term IDs, with the thought of using this for dbxrefs too.
* Remove unneeded constructor and add an ESLint rule to detect that.
* Correct import order.
* Reverted the biosample usage of “phenotype” back to “disease” which I think is the intention — phenotype is the type, but the biosample usage is for disease.
* Revert experimental change to CircleCI config.
* Correct some comments.
* Revert Cypress back from 10.1.0 to 9.7.0 to try to stop CircleCI from hanging.
* Compose the CURIE URL with the prefix and id rather than modifying the base curie.
* Updated the URLs for the non-functioning prefixes, and added new prefix URLs.
* Updated all the paths of the ontology terms for the IGVF–165 changes.
* Update package-lock.json after rebasing to dev.
* Use renamed `biosample_term` and `disease_term` instead of `biosample_ontology` and `disease_ontology`.
* I missed a couple uses of `disease_ontology`. I’ve changed those to `disease_term`.
* Update package-lock.json.
* Correct a merge error.
