Major performance improvements, bumped to 2.0.0

Sessions can now be disabled by adding session = {'class': None} to your application config
Current request 'context' now passed around via event.params['context'], contains request/response and more
Router now using the DictRouter from watson.routing
logging['ignore_status'] in app config is now a tuple of status codes to ignore
Controllers are now only instantiated once, do not store any state within them as it will be able to be accessed by the next request
Added pygments as requirement for debug toolbar
Removed requirement of jQuery in debug toolbar, no browser compatibility for < IE9
Session cookie now only saved if the session has been modified
get_request() in jinja2 templates now renamed to request()
