TlsStream: that ownership of underlying stream

This breaks compatibility: from_socket() is renamed
connect_socket() and accept() to accept_socket(), this
is aligned with the naming in libtls, it also makes things
more clear.

It not always intuitive that dropping the holder of file
descriptor will close the socket, so I used a generic to
enable keeping the inner stream object inside the TlsStream.

There are downsides which I have yet to address:

1. With generics the type of the inner stream is part
   of the type - this may be undesirable.
2. connect_socket() and accept_socket() are still using
   the generic, which makes little sense.
