Rdb improvements (#410)

* Remove noisy log statement

* update extension intermediary to more accurately reflect ODC requirements

* Add toggling node visibility, moving node position and view of node fields

* Fix bug reported by AliceB

* Fix some css for usability and make reload work correctly on redeploy

* Add basic reset value support with some typing for more complex in future, improved move node position to continue working outside of iframe, update several icons to use vscode versions

* Remove missing function call from future work

* PR feedback: use svelte class setting based on variable instead

* PR feedback add comments
