[+] Adds new process statistics onto homepage - this is to fix
    the issue in ticket #134:

    https://github.com/PhilipSkinner/elemental-lowcode/issues/134

    The new statistics screen shows the uptime of all services
    plus it now shows the CPU and RAM usage of these services
