Upgrade OCaml dependencies (#1089)

* Upgrade various opam deps

* Support for Yojson 2.0

We keep compatibility with Yojson 1.x too.
But due to the changes in Yojson's pretty-printer,
we need to normalize our gold json files by parsing and
pretty-printing them.

* Scilla supports OCaml 4.13 and 4.14

The Stream module is deprecated since OCaml 4.14
and it will be moved to the camlp-streams library
eventually. We need to fix it here to get warning-free
dev builds with dune.

* Upgrade to Core v0.15 & drop OCaml < 4.11

This is because Core v0.15's minimal OCaml versions is 4.11.
But it's very nice to use this version of Core as
it makes Scilla compatible with the profiling tools
developed by Jane Street

* Bring esy deps in sync with opam deps

* Require ocamlformat 0.22.4

We have to drop ocamlformat 0.18 because
it's not compatible with Core v0.15

* Auto-format codebase with `make fmt`
