feat(build): properly build using pkgroll to fix CJS/ESM issues

this now builds both for CJS and ESM, using a fast no config package.

tested locally (instead of testing through published versions, darn) and seems to work fine, hopefully this fixes every issues down the line!

also added better documentation, moved types and files to better represent what it is about, removed the ClassContainer export, updated all deps and removed unused dependency-graph prod dep, as it might not always be used
