Add windows and mac to CI (#12)

This fixes some issues with windows as well. Namely:

1. Mistake in section name (object already strips the M$ at end of name)
2. Raw profile counters delta and offsetting was incorrect for !0 deltas
3. Carriage returns not handled by text profile parser.

Adds windows and mac to CI to ensure things stay working.

196 of 196 new or added lines in 9 files covered. (100.0%)

1165 of 1473 relevant lines covered (79.09%)
