Assert when flipped ranges are expected in template wrapping * This patch started out with the thought that since we're inserting metas as comments, they're immune to fostering. But that's hardly the case. For example, <table> {{echo|<div>foo}} </table> The end meta will be enclosed in the div, which gets fostered, but the start meta stay where it is. So, this flipped business is still necessary even today. * However, we should only ever see flipped ranges in enclosed ranges, not overlapping. Let's assert that, and assert that when we get to encapsulating the ranges, none of them are flipped. * Both of the places where assertion are added, already make the assumption that we weren't given a flipped range, so if they throw, we had a bug to begin with.
