IGVF-174 Synchronize auth0 and server login statuses (#44)

* Redid the logic for retrieving the server’s session object, and reacting to login state changes.
* Have the basic signin/signout process pretty stable, but the first render after signin is getting signed-out data. Also still need to look at signing out of auth0 if the serveris signed out.
* Just adding some debugging code and new delay code that I’ll likely remove before PR.
* Might have a usable login mechanism. I still need to sync a signed-in auth0 with a signed out server.
* Get rid of unused debugging code.
* Update some comments. Change sessionState to sessionStorage to reduce confusion with the session object from the server.
* Fix improper import of useSessionStorage.
* Remove now unused function I added for this branch earlier.
* Update the import file name for session-context.
* Update the comments.
* Add comments.
