Commit Message

Improve deployment instructions.

Remove sqlite from Gemfile.  Installing the gem threw an error and it
was only used in certain test environments anyway.  We are using
Postgres for development.

Update README.md with more detailed install instructions, including
suggestions about certain errors and database creation problems.

Add creation of a test user to seeds.rb file, so that new devs can sign
in immediately.
