Moved base_song.py|FFMPEG_DEFAULT_BINARY|{program}

Moved base_song.py to the root of the project. I already had
configuration.py and other shared code there, no need for a "common"
package.

Renamed DEFAULT_FFMPEG_BINARY to FFMPEG_DEFAULT_BINARY for a future
change.

Using str.format() in the docopt docstring to make it a bit more
generic.

Centralizing os.path.realpath() to configuration.py. Also calling
expanduser.
