Auto merge of #340 - Manishearth:godef-goto, r=micbou

Support GoTo for Go using `godef`

fixes #333

Unfinished; I need to add the submodule (this currently works with a `godef_binary_path`), however for that rogpeppe/godef#24 must merge first (if not I can point it to my fork).

I also need to add a test.

Still, ready for incremental review; cc @Valloric
