Reduce List<IMessageSummary> array resizing by supplying .ctor with an expected capacity

For Fetch(int min, int max, ...) and Fetch (IList<int> indexes, ...), we can
easily supply an expected capacity.

For Fetch (IList<UniqueId> uids, ...), it's more difficult, so just use the
default capacity used by List<T>'s default .ctor.

This can be a significant gain in performance for large folders.
