FastCGI: Various code and bindings improvements

The 'fcgi.vapi' binding has been improved:

 - include improvements from 'nemequ/vala-extra-vapis'
 - bind roles, status and 'FCGI_LISTENSOCK_FILENO' in 'fcgi.vapi'.
 - fix 'app_status' binding, the 'cname' was not set.

Few improvements as well for the implementation:

 - use 'FCGI_LISTENSOCK_FILENO' instead of file descriptor '0'
 - flush the 'err' stream as well.
 - 'read_nonblocking' and 'write_nonblocking' simply wrap 'read' and
   'write'.
