Commit Message

- Creating a build script
adding a build script allows us to create a docker context that
doesn't contain the .git folder, reducing the size of the resulting
context. This also allows us to create the version,json file prior to
creating any part of the container, skipping a build step.

This script is really only intended to be used in a production flow, so
YMMV.

- Added a different dockerfile for use with the build script
Allows us to use the same dockerfile minus the build step of creating
the version.json file
