Drop `Seed` type (#46)

Having separate `Seed` and `Input` base types causes unnecessary complexity and code and doesn't really add anything.

Both seed and input data is data fed into the system. Seed data _before_ services-under-test start and input data _after_.

So both can be represented by same `Input` type. This also means simpler extensions and users can move a file between `seed` and `inputs` directories without worry they won't be compatible.
