Get FlashAir directory listing and time zone.

Started working on code that interfaces with Toshiba FlashAir WiFi SD
cards. First part is to read the current state of the card by getting
recursive directory listings and time zone information.

Slimming down exceptions.py. No need for all those pass statements.
