Extensions improvements...

- Extensions can now have pages, translations, menu items.
- Extensions data is loaded when user logs in (this includes server side
rendering) or creates a new account.
- Extensions data is cleared when user logs out.
- Extensions Translations are automatically included inside core.
- Extensions can automatically create react-router routes.
- Extensions Menus are automatically included inside the main menu,
depending on user scope.
- New language added: Italian
- New extension added: Paypal Payments
