v2.3.21

- Refactorization, now `tmpl` and `brackets` are ~5% faster.
- Removed unused `tmpl.isRaw` function (internal).
- Changes to comments.
- Files to preprocess are moved from the "lib" to the "src" directory, "lib" was removed.
