Show commit editor when cleaning single-commit branches

- If a rebase-todo-list contains multiple commits, all except the first "pick" must be replaced by "squash".
  This will run a commit-message editor in the end to allow the user to create a combined message
- However, if there is only one commit in the branch, using "pick" will not start an editor.
  We must use "reword" in such a case.
