Fix C4251 warning on windows (needs to have dll-interface)

 * Mark yarp::dev::RemoteFrameGrabber as DEPRECATED_API
   (this is currently used by RemoteFrameGrabberDC1394, and by
   PopulateDrivers). It should be removed moved when it is moved to
   the modules folder.
 * Mark yarp::dev::RemoteFrameGrabberDC1934 as DEPRECATED_API (this is
   currently used by FrameGrabberGui and FocusTool in iCub, and should
   disappear).
 * Instantiate the template
   yarp::os::PortReaderBuffer<yarp::sig::ImageOf<yarp::sig::PixelRgb> >
   until RemoteFrameGrabber is moved to the modules folder.
 * Disable warnings where needed, so that YARP builds cleanly. These
   warnings should be re-enabled as soon as all the modules are removed
   from the API.
 * Remove RemoteFrameGrabber.h from all.h when YARP_NO_DEPRECATED is
   enabled.
