Merge branch 'master' into self-check-fix

* master:
  Don't use dist_utils and manually specified requirements in st2client setup.py.
  For now get rid of virtualenv from requirements.txt, we want to have this change in a branch.
  Add note, update Makefile.
  Add virtualenv back to requirements.
  Make sure we use pip >= 7.1.2 <8.0.0
  Replace uwsgi with gunicorn in st2auth
  Open files in read-only mode in packviews
