Use SIGRTMIN+6 as suspend signal if sigrt-signals on OpenBSD
(fix of commit 528dea874)

Previously, GC_USESIGRT_SIGNALS macro (i.e. configure --sigrt-signals
option) had no effect on SIG_SUSPEND macro definition on OpenBSD.

* include/private/gc_priv.h [!GC_LINUX_THREADS && !GC_DGUX386_THREADS
&& GC_OPENBSD_THREADS && GC_USESIGRT_SIGNALS] (SIG_SUSPEND): Define to
[_]SIGRTMIN+6 (instead of SIGXFSZ).
