DepthImage portMonitor plugin: first implementation.

This plugin converts the depthimage from float to grayscale image on the fly.
Rescale limits are now fixed in the code. Resulting image has closer object
darker and farther objects lighter, while usual sensors and disparity algorithms
are vice-versa. To update
