refactores for additional evol. models

Previously andi only supported raw and Jukes-Cantor corrected
distances. This refactoring allows the easy addition of more
evolutionary models. These other model can likewise be bootstrapped
via a simple multinomial process.

Changes include:
 - New --model (-m) argument
 - Clean up on touched lines
 - New model.* module with plenty of documentation
 - Updated various functions
 - Fixed unit tests
