Refactor: holy_orders.convert_update() uses new "drupal_to_solr" module

I've modified convert_update() so that it calls the drupal_to_solr module
instead of the (now deleted) conversion script. I think this *should* be
the end of issue #79, but I'll wait to see it in action first.
