Fix memory leak

Two objects in getPropRefs() and getPropRef()
  were being created directly when the callback
  was called.  Fixed by creating variables in their
  respective outer fns before callback called
  and assigning to the objects to be returned.
  This fixed the memory leak.
  Variables created are propRefsObj and propRefObj.
