PERL-602 Support legacy Cpanel::JSON::XS booleans

History of Cpanel::JSON::XS booleans:

* originally, booleans were Cpanel::JSON::XS::Boolean
* as of 2.3404, booleans were JSON::XS::Boolean
* as of 3.0201, booleans are JSON::PP::Boolean

This commit adds support for the original form.
