Commit Message

Added support for Isilon volume sizes and pre-emption.

* Added support for the --size flag
* Added the dataSubnet configuration parameter
* Added support for pre-emption
* Added `quotas` flag to enable/disable quotas.
* Updated documentation

The instance ID will be a concatenation of all IP addresses that may
connect to an attached volume. All IPs on the host, that are also in
the data subnet, will be allowed to attach to the volume.
