Adds Symbol Tables to InterfaceTypes - general refactor of Interfaces (#496)

* Updated InterfaceStataments and InterfaceTypes to support SymbolTables

Can assign a customType to an Interface

Refactored Interface decalartions so that interfacemethods use same code as class methods

Validates function calls on interface members

Adds validation for interface fields and methods
