Avoid potential TSan report for GC_make_disappearing_links_disappear
(fix of commit aeebfc085)

To avoid potential data race report by TSan, revealed
curr_dl->dl_hidden_link should not be dereferenced while the object
is alive (because the pointed value might be updated concurrently
by client).

* finalize.c [GC_ASSERTIONS] (GC_make_disappearing_links_disappear):
Do not dereference revealed dl_hidden_link if THREAD_SANITIZER.
