Add a @attempt_auto_login decorator that attempts to auto-login, but
doesn't complain (and doesn't try again) if the user is not logged in
yet.

This is to get functionality from @login_required (if the user is
already logged in on the SSO server, he is automatically logged in),
without making it mandatory to be logged in.
