Merge hyphenated words in postprocess

Hyphenated words often should not be split and should be treated as one
unit of meaning. This change introduce the HYPHEN relation in the
HeadModifierTree to indicate that a word is a hyphenated modifier
of another word. For example, 'five-star hotel' --> [def: hotel [mod:
star [-: five]]]. In postprocess, a function is added to merge
hyphenated words back into one node.

Unittest has been updated to reflect the change.
