Arch refactor

- Fixed wording and enable custom concurrency
- Fixed deleted message event, reaction response, minor tweaks README
- Fixed invalid message check and allow uploading binary
- Fixed upload args using ReadStream instead of Buffer
- Changed api call using request instead of WebClient
- Fixed attachment payload, moved some string literal to const
- API change from react -> reaction to clear up confusion, remove debug
- Include basic plugin system and examples
- Lookup username without '@', also no need to lint example.
- Added external trigger support!
- Cleanup API call + dynamic message type support
- Code cleanup + unit test with 100% code coverage
- Update version in package json
