* Add observerWrap to inferno-mobx, supporting functional components as observers

* Add tests for observerWrap

* Better inner VNode creation for inferno-mobx observerWrap

* Document inferno-mobx observerWrap and add some comments to code

* Fix inferno-mobx observerWrap reactive re-renders context forwarding

* Move the code for getting update hooks out of observerWrap

* Added tests and documentation about how `observerWrap` handles update callbacks.
