Commit Message

Updated .gitignore and added a couple of unit test asserts.

To allow contributors to easily check that their changes still pass
the coverage checks via coveralls.io, .coveralls.yml has been added
to the .gitignore file so that it can be used to set a personal
repo_token.
A couple of unit test asserts were added to increase coverage of Request
.php to above the 90% threshold.
