Optionally show JaCoCo report at the end of builds

When using on multi projects, lots of output will be
shown to the console, so it might be probably useful to
be able to show coverage summary at the end of the build.
I added a new configuration jacoco.reportAfterBuildFinished
to control output position of coverage summary.
