Commit Message

Revert exporting internal APIs to MailKit.

The idea was to share ByteArrayBuilder and ParseUtils.TryParseInt32(),
but I'm not sure it's worth it.

MailKit needs a class-ified version of ByteArrayBuilder instead of
ref struct (since you can't create ref struct in async methods).

It may make sense to revisit this at some point, but for now, it
doesn't seem worth it.
