Commit Message

Remove CTPL to avoid a « Licensing Fiasco » described in #145

CTPL is licensed under the GPLv3 and would require Valum to be as well.

CTPL integration has been moved in the 'app' example and can still be
used per-project.

The 'gee-0.8' dependency is no longer required.

Remove related tests and documentation.
